The RoboG4TM Dual Channel Brushless DC Motor Controller, 180A, 60V, Hall & Encoder Inputs is designed to efficiently manage and control brushless DC motors. This fourth-generation device features dual channels, each capable of handling a maximum of 180 amps with a continuous current capacity of 120 amps. It is equipped with power terminals for secure power connections and supports both trapezoidal and sinusoidal commutation methods.

The controller is compatible with a variety of rotor sensors, including encoders, Hall sensors, and others, ensuring versatile application across different motor types. It boasts a comprehensive communication suite, including RS232, RS485, USB, and Ethernet, facilitating easy integration into existing systems. The units advanced Field Oriented Control (FOC) technology allows for precise motor performance.

For safety, the controller includes a Safe Torque Off (STO) feature that meets PLe, Cat3, and SIL3 standards, pending certification. The mechanical design incorporates a conduction plate for cooling, ensuring the device operates reliably even under demanding conditions.
